It can accommodates comfortably up to 4 adults and 2 children with its two bedrooms, each equipped with a double size bed (please note that the upstairs bedroom has a low ceiling). The entrance opens to a bright living room with a dining table, a double sofa bed, and a newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine. The spacious outdoor living area offers a spectacular terrace making it the perfect spot for enjoying an aperitivo, dinner in the evening, breakfast in the morning, or simply relaxing and taking in the beauty of Florence's rooftops and monuments. Each bedroom is stylishly decorated and filled with natural light thanks to large windows. The apartment also features independent air-conditioning in each room and double-glazed windows for noise reduction and temperature control. There are two full bathrooms with showers, making this the perfect holiday rental in Florence. The building is equipped with a centralized eco-friendly air conditioning system, ensuring that the room temperature remains between 22 and 23 degrees.
