To collect the keys we do not use boxes with codes nor will we ask you to travel unnecessary kilometres. Starting one week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge available (Italian, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese) ready to answer any questions you may have about the apartment and the surrounding area. Our concierge will personally welcome you upon your arrival, accompany you to the apartment and will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to greet you and make sure your experience was perfect. This service is available via direct contact via chat, guaranteeing rapid and personalized assistance. DesenzanoLoft is pleased to offer its guests a welcome kit, towels and bed linen for free. Please also remember that we will welcome you to the facility from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm. In case of arrival between 7.00 pm and 11.30 pm there is a supplement of Euro 50 to be paid in cash upon arrival in the hands of the hostess. This apartment is subject to the payment of a security deposit of Euro 300, which can be paid in cash at check-in or by credit card. In case you pay in cash the deposit will be returned, in the absence of damages, by bank transfer within 3 working days.

The villa is also a few hundred meters from the major shopping centers in the area "Il Leone" "Le Vele" as well as the "Lid'l" "Esselunga" supermarkets. -We enter...
