We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. For this reason, we offer a personalized welcome service to all our guests. To collect the keys we do not use boxes with codes nor will we ask you to travel unnecessary kilometres. Starting one week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge available (Italian, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese) ready to answer any questions you may have about the apartment and the surrounding area. Our concierge will personally welcome you upon your arrival, accompany you to the apartment and will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to greet you and make sure your experience was perfect. This service is available via direct contact via chat, guaranteeing rapid and personalized assistance. DesenzanoLoft is pleased to offer its guests a welcome kit, towels and bed linen for free. Please also remember that we will welcome you to the facility from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm. In case of arrival between 7.00 pm and 11.30 pm there is a supplement of Euro 50 to be paid in cash upon arrival in the hands of the hostess. This apartment is subject to the payment of a security deposit of Euro 250, which can be paid in cash at check-in or by credit card. In case you pay in cash the deposit will be returned, in the absence of damages, by bank transfer within 3 working days.

The Charming apartment is located on the first floor (also with lift) in a quiet residential context. Upon entering you enter directly into a large living room with dining area and relaxation area, but what immediately strikes you is the view of the lake through the large windows that lead directly onto a balcony where you can enjoy delicious breakfasts, but above all be enchanted by observing a splendid sunrise or the colors of the sunset with the sensation of being "suspended" over the lake. Charming is a stone's throw from the historic center and the old port of Desenzano, and from the Desenzanino beach. The optimal solution for those who want to spend days of pure relaxation in a stunning environment! The apartment consists of a large living room with dining area and relaxation area with large sofas and smart TV. In the partial room, the comfortable fully equipped kitchen where you will find, in addition to the usual accessories, also the dishwasher, the coffee machine with pods, the kettle, toaster, microwave oven etc. The kitchen also has access to the balcony overlooking the lake. In this room there is also a utility room with the washing machine and all the materials necessary for cleaning. Let's now discover the sleeping area: three double bedrooms, large, spacious and comfortable, all with windows and wardrobes. The main bedroom is equipped with a 40" smart TV. There is a high quality Topper on the bed mattresses. A Topper is a bed accessory that adds an extra layer of comfort, improving the quality of sleep and making the bed even more welcoming. In the apartment there are two bathrooms: the first large and spacious with bathtub, toilet sink and bidet, the second with shower cubicle, sink and toilet.
