Studio with a semi-walled room. site on the ground floor mezzanine condominium; composed as follows: living area with 2 seater sofa bed and kitchenette; bathroom with window, shower and washing machine; bedroom with double bed and small balcony with clothesline. Complete with everything needed for cooking, bed linen and towels with courtesy kit. appliances: oven, toaster, hairdryer, washing machine, electric broom and espresso machine. Modern marine style furniture and lighting. Inside the building there is a large courtyard available for bicycles (on request I provide 2 bikes, at a cost of 3 euros per day). Paid car parking in front of the condominium, with possibility of subscription.
The small town of Viareggio, nearby the sea, famous for its beautiful carnival and promenade with many fine shops, is a strategic point to move in the nearby cities of Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Portovenere, easily accessible both by car and by train. In addition, Viareggio is one of the pearls of Versilia, surrounded by nightclubs, such as famous nightclubs and pubs. Moreover, events and festivities are often held in the area, such as LUCCA COMICS AND GAMES in the homonymous city and others.
