Casa Primavera offers you the possibility to enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of the amazing Italian countryside and the intense cultural scene of Rome. The house can sleep 8 people (4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms). 20 meters from the house is a small cottage with bathroom where another 2 peole can sleep. Large infinity pool of 15x7 meters with terrace on three sides of the pool. There is another terrace in front of the house and a terrace to the side of the house with a pizza oven and BBQ. From the house you can walk to the town square, drink your cappuccino, go to the hairdresser and buy some bread. Supermarket is 10 minute drive. Airport Rome 1 hour drive. Casa Primavera is situated in the beautiful Sabina hills, about 35 miles north of Rome. The villa is a great starting point for your visit to Rome and the numerous historic villages around. I live in Amstelveen, just below Amsterdam. A nice neighbourhood with lovely houses well suited for families with kids. Together with my husband Joris we have 2 kids. A girl called Lise who is 6 and a boy Julian of 4 years old. We raise our kids to be adventurous and motivate them to play in the park with us and their friends. Also, we like them to be well raised, good manners and respect for other people and their values and belongings. I work as a project/account manager in the solar industry. We realise big solar plants on roofs, ground etc. I run the company together with my dad. We have about 20 people working for us. Joris works as Manager Northern Europe for Salesforce (American company) I play squash once a week and run twice a week (usually it comes down to once a week due to lack of time:)
Casa Primavera is located in Lazio on the border of Umbria, 35 north of Rome and can be easily reached via the Autostrada del Sole (A1) from Rome Airport. There is also a direct train link from the nearby station at Stimigliano to the centre of Rome. The train takes one hour.
