We are a small family business in the central-western part of the island of Sardinia: a beautiful and unspoilt coast, rich in culture and traditions, where to find peace, relax and enjoy authentic experiences through a selection of holiday homes a few steps from the sea.

Property information

Casa il Giardino Di Peppino is a semi-detached holiday house set in San Giovanni di Sinis. It’s a large villa with two floors which has been divided in three parts. All three apartments (one on the first floor and two on the ground floor) have private entrances and the outside area has been equally divided. You will be staying at the ground floor. There are four bedrooms: one double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk beds, one single bedroom with private bathroom and one alcove bedroom. There are two bathrooms (please note one is ensuite), one large living room with tv and one kitchen. The outside area features a large garden and veranda, outdoor shower and barbecue. Please note that one of the bedrooms windows faces the neighbours' patio and one of the neighbours' windows faces your patio. This property is also equipped with washing machine, WI-FI, fans, mosquito nets and a cot. Currently, there are no air conditioning and dishwasher. Casa Il Giardino Di Peppino is located 2-min walk from the beach. Free street parking is available by the property. Please note that towels and bed linen aren't included and can be provided upon request at an extra charge. Our check-in times are 16:00 to 21:00. If you wish to check in earlier, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Late check-ins, from 21:00 to 24:00, are possible but subject to an extra charge. Our check-out times are 8:00 to 10:00.

Neighbourhood information

San Giovanni di Sinis is one of the most evocative places in the province of Oristano for its breathtaking views and crystal clear sea. It's very suitable for cycling and long walks and it has numerous bars and restaurants along the entire coast. You can find the archaeological site of Tharros, the ancient city inhabited by the Nuragic, Phoenicians, Punics and Romans. In the summer period you can admire this uncontaminated coast by the panoramic train. In a few minutes by car you can reach the famous white quartz beaches of Is Arutas and Mari Ermi. The seaside town of Torregrande is just ten minutes far by car. You can enjoy this stunning seaside resort by staying at Casa Il Giardino Di Peppino.
