Welcome to Casa Icaro, a townhouse located at the gateway to Rimini's historic center, with easy access to numerous activities, restaurants, supermarkets, stores and schools. Just a 15-minute walk from the Palacongressi and the city's emblematic monuments: Teatro Galli, Arco d'Augusto, Tiberius Bridge. Just a 10-minute walk from Rimini's train and bus stations, you can easily get to the beach, whatever your means of transport! You can enjoy Casa Icaro by booking a private apartment or the whole house. The many services included in the rental price will simplify your life and make your professional or tourist stay optimal: a Nespresso coffee machine with welcome capsules, a kettle with a few tea bags, a toaster and a hairdryer. We'll also have a bottle of water and a few essentials (salt, sugar, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, rubbish bags, sponge, shampoo, shower gel). For a quality stay, the apartment is equipped with a smart TV, WiFi connection and washing machine with detergent caps. Our accommodations sleep up to 6 (entire house), with all the comforts you need: living/dining room (4K smart TV with Netflix and RaiPlay, sofa bed, street view, extendable dining table), fully-equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, induction hob, microwave, washing machine), kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms with Queen Size bed (mirror, bedside table, adjustable shutters, garden view), 2 shower rooms with WC (shower, bidet, towel dryer), 1 terrace on the top floor. All accommodation has air conditioning and heating. Linen is provided. The ground floor flat is reserved for maintenance staff and may be occupied on an occasional basis. Access the center of Rimini in less than 5 minutes on foot, with its many amenities (restaurants, supermarkets, charming town center, patisserie, pizzeria, milk shop, butcher/checutery, greengrocer, etc.). Most outings are within walking distance. To get to the beach, allow 30 min on foot, 20 min by bus, 15 min by bike and 10 min by car. Don't hesitate to use electric bikes or scooters! You can park your car in a free public parking lot just 5 minutes' walk from the property.
