Property information

Our houses have just been renovated. The strong point is undoubtedly the excellent position with respect to the parking lots, both free and paid and in the hygiene and disinfection of living environment. It is also located 250 meters from the ancient market of the city and therefore ideal for those staying in a holiday home formula, 100 meters from a wonderful bastion that offers a spectacular panorama of the whole city, in summer a few hundred meters away find two solariums. Neighbourhood information

We are located on the island of Ortigia which is the heart of the beautiful city of Syracuse. A stone's throw from the most important squares and near the free and / or paid public parking lots. Ortigia, the primitive inhabited nucleus where you can perceive centuries of history, art and culture that have characterized this suggestive Sicilian place. Although it is an island, it is connected to the mainland via the Umbertino Bridge that allows you directly to go from Syracuse city to the island of Ortigia. Its name refers to Greek origins, although this area, rich in sources of fresh water, it was inhabited since the Bronze Age, as evidenced by archaeological finds dating from 3500 BC and 1200 a.C. Walking through this territory means savoring centuries of history, capturing the Greek and Roman civilizations and the indelible passage of the Aragonese and the Arabs in the buildings still living in this area.
