Property information

Beautiful apartment recently renovated, in one of the most elegant streets of the city and a stone's throw from Piazza Maggiore. The house is on the first floor of a building without elevator, located in an elegant context. The entrance opens onto a living area furnished with a dining table and a double sofa bed; this room is then connected to the two bedrooms, both equipped with a queen-size bed and one characterized by the presence of a magnificent frescoed ceiling. This is followed by the bathroom with shower and the independent kitchen equipped with amenities including a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave. A small utility room where the washing machine is placed completes the layout. During their stay our guests will benefit from free wifi, air conditioning and heating. *The flat is located in a ZTL area, so we recommend leaving your car in one of the surrounding car parks and enjoying the historic centre on foot.

The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colors characterizing its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theaters, characterized by almost 40 km of porticoes. In the city center there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.
