Casa del Sole sleeps up to5, centrally located in Pianello, a very short walk from the lake and beach, shared condo pool, restaurants, bars and mini market only steps away. What more could you need?? Take advantage of this lovely family apartment for your Lake Como holidays! Casa del Sole, located in central Pianello del Lario is only a very short walk to the lake and beach, the lake front promenade that connects Pianello to Cremia going south and to Musso going north is one of the best aspects of this area. Lovely walks or biking in the middle of tranquilly, enjoying the views, the breeze and the lake front restaurants. The lake path that connects the three villages of Pianello, Cremia and Musso is one of our favourite walks and is much enjoyed in the winter too! Casa del Sole is a great flat for families as it offers 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 5. Up to the third floor, with a lift from the garage area, and entering the flat you are welcomed by the wood ceilings and beams in all the rooms giving it a bit of rustic and comforting charm! The kitchen, fully equipped opens out onto the lake viewing terrace, with table and chairs to accommodate 4 easily. NB: the garage is small.

Neighborhood info

The shared pool is great for relaxing at the end of the day after hiking, sightseeing and discovering our beautiful lake!! You have access to free parking in a private garage included with the apartment. Please note that it is not large and manoeuvre space is tight so if you have a large car it is best to check it out prior to parking! However there are also free parking areas in town at only minutes away from the apartment. Pianello del Lario is a lovely residential town that offers grocery shops, a hairdresser, cafes and a number of pizzerias and restaurants, a bank with ATM so you are well served and have all at your fingertips. The boat stop with limited but daily service takes you to the central lake area, there is bus service C10 bus stop and numerous walks to enjoy.
