My name is Luigi, I am 31 years old, I am a sunny and sociable person, I lived a period of my life abroad (Uk-Australia) where I learned about the customs and traditions of many different cultures. I am a full-time host, for me the most important thing is to leave a positive memory in the minds of my guests, that it is the restaurant that I recommended or maybe the walk by the sea, it does not matter.

The villa was born from a dream of my parents 10 years ago when they decided to buy this structure that at the time was dilapidated and in disuse for decades. With commitment and sacrifice of the whole family we decided 7 years ago to use part of the house as a vacation home. In 2017, after careful research on materials and home design, we decided to improve the structure to create a B&B surrounded by greenery with a fresh and modern look. Casa Clementina – Marciano is a self-catering well-lighted apartment located in the municipality of Massa Lubrense, in the suburb of Marciano. Because of the awesome location, Marciano offers one of the most beautiful views of Capri. 100 metres from the sea, Marciano stretches on the west side of the pine forest of Termini “Le Tore”, between the promontories of San Lorenzo and Bacoli, just in front of Capri. The name of the suburb, Marciano, probably comes from an ancient Roman family which owned a mansion on San Lorenzo’s promontory. The house is surrounded by green areas and an old olive tree grove, that makes the atmosphere quiet and peaceful, not far from the sea and the typical hamlets of Massa Lubrense. Massa Lubrense offers really breathtaking landscapes, and the best way to appreciate their beauty is taking long and peaceful walks. The trails that meander the land allows the hiking enthusiasts to choose from the many trekking paths.
