Posta al secondo piano di un edificio storico, gode di un’ottima luce e una bella vista sul Golfo dei Poeti, sul castello di San Terenzo, su Portovenere e l’isola Palmaria. La casa è composta da cucina/soggiorno con divano letto (140×190) per due persone, camera matrimoniale con letto alla francese (140×200) per un totale di 4 ospiti.
