The property is located 500 meters from the equipped and free beaches of Venere Azzurra and Lido di Lerici. Ferries leave 300 meters away for the 5TERRE, for PORTOVENERE and the entire GULF OF POETS. Possibility of guided boat TOURS with an expert captain. 400 m away there is the possibility of renting RIBs and CANOEs to be able to visit all the hidden coves of the Gulf of Lerici and the 5 TERRE in total independence. The area is full of paths for excellent excursions overlooking the sea immersed in the green hills surrounding the Lerici area. Not far away, just 1 km away, there are also the Marigola golf and tennis courts. The apartment is located on the second floor with lift, very bright and overlooking the greenery. Consisting of a spacious double bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe, 50-inch TV and safe and a second bedroom consisting of a double bed plus a single bed. Completely new and equipped kitchen available to guests, equipped with dishwasher, oven, kettle, coffee machine, moka and toaster. Living room with dining table, sofa, flat screen TV and small terrace. Bathroom with shower and washing machine always available to guests. FREE PRIVATE PARKING (only for city cars with a MAXIMUM WIDTH of 170 cm). Lerici is a ZTL, but if you provide us with the license plate and model of the car we will report it to allow you free transit for the entire duration of your stay. Furthermore there is paid parking 10 euros per day or 50 euros per week Other very important things: The apartment is located in a strategic position, 200 meters away is the village supermarket and in front we have the FREE shuttle stop to visit the beautiful surrounding villages of TELLARO and SAN TERENZO. Less than 10 minutes from the La Spezia and Sarzana motorway exits. All we have to do is wish you a happy holiday. We are waiting for you. Registration number 011016-LT-1028
