The holiday apartment, equipped with free Wi-Fi internet connection, welcomes guests with a large and bright living room with comfortable sofa, flat screen TV, dining table with chairs and open kitchen fully equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, american coffee machine, electric kettle, juicer and toaster. The living area overlooks the large private covered terrace equipped with dining table and chairs where guests can relax while enjoying a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery and hills. The apartment continues with the first bathroom equipped with shower, washbasin, bidet, WC and washing machine.. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, large closet, flat screen TV and direct access to the private terrace of the apartment. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a shelf that can be used as a desk. Completes the property the second bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. *Due to renovations, the opening date of the pool has been postponed to June 15, 2024. Guests will benefit from two outdoor parking slots inside the property (measurements: 5x2.50m).

Soiano del Lago, incantevole località nei pressi del Lago di Garda sulla sponda bresciana, prende il nome da "Porta del sole", traduzione di "Solis ianua" che basta a definire le caratteristiche di questo piccolo borgo della Valtenesi, ricco di vigne ed ulivi immersi nel verde delle colline. A Soiano del Lago merita sicuramente una visita il Castello risalente al X secolo, sede di manifestazioni ed eventi durante il periodo estivo. Da visitare nelle vicinanze, la località turistica di Moniga del Garda con le sue splendide spiagge ed il castello di Padenghe. Per gli ospiti che preferiscono una gita rilassante, è possibile raggiungere Salò e prendere un battello per visitare il lago in navigazione. L'entroterra di Soiano del Lago offre luoghi di pace e quiete immersi tra gli ulivi tipici della zona della Valtenesi, sul Lago di Garda, dove i turisti possono partecipare a degustazioni e fermarsi in ristoranti locali ad assaggiare il tipico “spiedo bresciano”. L'appartamento si trova a circa 20 minuti di auto dalla stazione dei treni di Desenzano e a circa 35 minuti dall'aeroporto.
