The house is an apartment with three floors located in the old town center of Monopoli, 50 metres away from the sea and 100 metres away from “Porta Vecchia” beach. Four people can sleep in this apartment: 2 in a room on the ground floor with a large double bed, private bathroom and a peculiar alcove and 2 in a living room located on the second floor with a sofa bed. On the first floor there’s a kitchen with an induction hob, a small balcony and a bathroom. On the third floor there’s a terrace with a shower, a table, some chairs where you can enjoy the sea view but also be surrounded by the beautiful old town center. In this apartment there are many comforts such as: a washing machine, a coffee machine, a “Caffettiera”, an iron, an hairdryer but also a mini fridge and a refresher fan in the bedroom and air conditioning in the living room.
