Newly renovated private apartment in strategic location. It has 2 suites separated from the living room with kitchen. Both suites are complete with bathroom with shower. The house can accommodate both a family with children and 2 couples of friends while preserving their privacy. Finished to restructure in October 2017, the renovation was made with our guests in mind, trying to provide all the comforts necessary to spend carefree Roman days. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. All the air-conditioned rooms, renovated in October 2017, the new windows and windows guarantee silence and peace even during the busy hours. You can easily reach the apartment by train from both the central station and Leonardo da Vinci airport. A few meters from the Ponte Lungo stop of the Metro A, with which you will be in the middle of the city center in a few minutes.
For any need you can contact us by phone for support from 9 am to 8 pm.
Stazione Tuscolana: 400 mt. Metro A - Ponte lungo: 300 mt. Supermarket: 200 mt. Bar, shops, bank all within walking distance.
