This bright apartment of approximately 120 sqm is located in the peaceful Talenti neighborhood of Rome. After over 50 years of family history, the apartment has been recently renovated to provide our guests with a modern and comfortable environment. The apartment features three well-furnished bedrooms: a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a single bedroom, making it ideal for families or groups. The spacious living room is perfect for relaxing, while the fully equipped kitchen, with a convenient dining table, provides everything you need to prepare your meals. Additionally, there are two bathrooms with showers to ensure maximum comfort. Three balconies offer outdoor spaces to enjoy, and a private parking area on the ground floor, accessible via an automatic gate, is available for your use.

Talenti is a charming and peaceful neighborhood in Rome, perfect for a relaxing stay with excellent connectivity. You'll find all the essential shops for your daily needs within walking distance, including pizzerias and restaurants. I will ensure to provide you with all the useful information during check-in. The area is well-served by public transportation: the main bus stop is the Largo Pugliese terminus, just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. From there, you can catch the Express Bus No. 60, which departs every 10 minutes and reaches the heart of Rome (Piazza Venezia) in about 40 minutes. This convenient access allows you to explore Rome’s historic landmarks comfortably on foot, including the Colosseum, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, and Campo de’ Fiori.
