This is an entire apartment that can comfortably host 4 people and is located on the 1st floor of a small building with a separate entrance. The apartment can comfortably host 4 people and is a duplex on the first floor of a small building with a separate entrance located on the seafront in the seaside area of Agrigento named San Leone. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with table and chairs, a sleeping area with wall unit where there is a sofa / bed and a rollaway bed, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen. Through the wooden staircase you reach the second floor where there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a closet and a small terrace with sea views.Apartment in the heart of the seafront of San Leone, a seaside area of Agrigento, the area is served by numerous bars, restaurants, clubs with live music, ice cream shop. Seafront apartment, a few meters on foot you will find an equipped beach and also a beach with free admission.The apartment has a self check in. Few days before your arrival you will get a video explaining how get the keys and enter into the apartment. All the guests are requested to send by whatsapp or by email a copy of a valid identity document of the all guests, in order to complete the registration in compliance to security italian regulations. All the information relevant to the documents sent shall be managed in compliancy with the Italian privacy decree.

Since the time of booking, before entering into the apartment until the end of the trip, I will receive guests in the best possible way, giving all the necessary information to better enjoy their holiday. All the guests will receive a welcome breakfast kit for the first day. To all guest will be requested a national ID for registration.

The 'Lungomare di San Leone', the seaside area of Agrigento where the apartment is located, is an area full of bars, restaurants, pizzerias and ice cream shop. There are also numerous bar on the beach where live concerts and dancing evenings are organized in the evening. In front of the house is a children's play area. The place lends itself to long walks facing the sea. A few meters away is the harbour, from where mini cruises depart to visit the coast (Scala dei Turchi, Punta Bianca etc etc). We do not have private parking for cars. It will be possible to park along the street, compatibly with availability, given the very central area of the apartment in the summer months, finding parking in front of the house is especially difficult. Bus stop a few meters from the house.
