Nice apartment with garden IN THE HEART OF VERSILIA. The accommodation, located in a strategic position between the two seaside resorts of Lido di Camaiore and Marina di Pietrasanta, is close to all services and above all a few hundred meters from the main attraction: the sea.

Attualmente mi occupo di vendite e affitti nel campo immobiliare. Sono nel settore degli affitti brevi da ormai 6 anni a questa parte e mi occupo anche di compravendite immobiliari presso l'agenzia immobiliare La Tua Casa di Viareggio. Focette district; surrounded by greenery, it is one of the most prestigious tourist centers in Italy. Focette is not only known as an elegant residential neighborhood, but also owes its fame to the Bussola, an exclusive nightclub founded by Sergio Bernardini. The name Focette is inextricably linked to Bussola, which was the most famous nightclub in Italy, especially in the 1950s and 1960s; that shaped the trend of international show business and musical entertainment. It was not only important for Italian music, but also for creating social phenomena and making fashion. In this sense, Focette still presents itself today as the exclusive district of Marina di Pietrasanta.
