Located near the exit of the A1-Milan-Naples motorway, and 5 minutes from the "PORTA DI ROMA" shopping center on the G.R.A. the Tiberius Apartment is an elegant apartment included in a private area, fully furnished with a view of the internal courtyard, with an external patio also furnished with an outdoor table and chairs. The property also offers completely free private parking underneath the apartment. The apartment consists of a large lounge-living room with a light walnut wood roof with exposed beams and parquet flooring, air conditioning and ceiling fan, fully furnished with dining table and chairs, 32" flat-screen SMART TV flat, 1 comfortable sofa for 2 people, 1 double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and drawers, 1 bedroom with 2 beds, one of which is a queen size bed and a single bed with wall drawers, 1 kitchen complete with fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, Lavazza coffee machine, electric kettle, and 1 complete bathroom with shower cabin and washing machine. Tiberius Apartment is about 13 km from the center of Rome, easily reachable by public transport adjacent to the structure. The nearest airport is Rome Ciampino, 23 km away, while Fiumicino is about 26 km from the property
