Apartment in the central area with 6 beds and equipped with all comforts. The apartment is located a few steps from the "La Sapienza" university, a few steps from the Policlinico and the two main stations of Roma Termini and Tiburtina. Easily accessible "Villa Torlonia" and the center of Rome. Located on the 6rd floor of a building with lift and located in the Piazza Bologna district. The neighborhood is alive thanks to the presence of numerous shops, bars, pubs and restaurants. Air conditioning, unlimited wifi, linen, desk, hairdryer and shuttle service are just some of the services available for your stay.

Neighbourhood information

We are in the Sapienza district, close to the B Bologna metro stop and Termini Central Station with direct connections to Fiumicino Airport and Ciampino Airport, each 15 minutes away on foot. The neighborhood is well served by various shops, bars, supermarkets and restaurants on Viale Ippocrate and Piazza Bologna. From the Bologna metro station it is possible to reach the most important sites of Rome such as the Colosseum, the Circus Maximus and in general the entire historic center in 15 minutes. In addition to the subway, bus H, which stops at Termini, you can reach the center in 7 minutes with a stop in Piazza Venezia. Numerous buses leave from Piazza Bologna, for example 61 or 62 that you can take to get to the center of Rome, Via del tritone / Fontana di Trevi. Along Viale Ippocrate you can find many shops, with excellent pastry shops and ice cream shops such as Fattori and even tea rooms such as Stendal Bar, without forgetting the famous cocktail bar Meeting Place bar in Piazza Bologna.
