Finely renovated apartment, ideal for relaxing in the heart of the city. Located on the second floor of an ancient building, recently restored in front of the Prato di Sant'Agostino. Space Duplex apartment with parquet. On the entrance floor you will find a large living room, illuminated by two windows overlooking Via delle Cerchia, with a double sofa bed, table and large kitchenette. Also on the same floor is the master bedroom with a large walk-in closet and a small terrace where you can relax and enjoy a glass of wine. Also on the same floor is the first bathroom, completely renovated, with bathtub. Going up the large staircase (18 steps) you reach the upper floor where the second bedroom is located (equipped with air conditioning), whose lighting is provided by a large skylight, with a queen-size bed and walk-in closet, second bathroom with shower cubicle. There is a utility room where the washing machine and dryer are located You will find towels of various sizes, courtesy set, bed linen. We will provide you with a city map useful for your stay. Finally, we will leave you contact details with two authorized tourist guides to organize, if you wish, a tour of the city and its surroundings. We will be happy to offer you our availability during your stay.
A three minute walk will find you on the main streets of the city where art, culture and good food are the masters. The area, where the apartment is located, is served by many restaurants, convenient supermarkets and characteristic places as well as, three minutes away, from the paid parking called "Fontanella".
