This B&B is a tribute to the memory of my Mother, a woman of great heart, temperament, and taste. "Maica" was her acronym, and this was Her house. My commitment is to make your experience here unique, by letting you sample the hospitality, discretion, and generosity that made Her such a special human being. I will adjust my presence to your needs for privacy or support and I will go out of my way to make your stay here a memorable one :) Welcome to “A Casa di Maica”, whoever you are! Large country house immersed in its own 1-hectare private park, adjacent to a major motorway, and with fast connection to Northern Italy's highway network. The house decor consists of a mix of styles and influences, the result of my trips around the globe, and the rescue of objects of special sentimental value to me.
I am a people, nature, and animal lover, with a keen interest in foreign cultures, traveling, creative cooking, good music, photography, films, and the arts in general.
A convenient and fully equipped area, just 10 mins from Ferrara. A quiet village setting, with quick and convenient access to northern Italy’s highway network and only 40 kms from the sea. Immerse in its own 1-hectare park, with a large patio facing an ample garden and a gated parking area, both open and roofed. The area is at close range from historical sites and well served by several bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, bakeries, a laundry center, spa salon, beauty salon, banks, post offices, various types of shops, entertainment outlets, summer resorts, fishing ponds, bike tracks, fuel stations, E-charging stations, and one of the largest and best- equipped hospitals in the region (just 4kms away).
