The Penthouse consists of 1 large apartments of over 110m2 (1076 sf2) that have 3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms for up to 7 people. Inside, the apartment consists of: - Living room/dining room - 3x bedrooms - Kitchen - 2x Bathroom - Private parking spaces - 20 meters from the beach (sand) In addition: - BBQ (Grill) available The kitchen is furnished with dishes, pots, glasses, cutlery, cups, etc. - Mosquito nets on all doors - Air conditioning, Internet, outdoor and indoor shower, washing machine, dishwasher, television, and private parking (4-6 places). - Free sandy beach about 20 meters away.

The neighbourhood is safe and quite and you are not far from all major activities. For the little ones: -Morning mini-club -Evening funfair.
