This villa has two bedrooms, a living room with dining area, and a common bathroom on the ground floor. Walk up to the first floor, where you'll discover two additional bedrooms, a common bathroom, a gallery for indulging in quiet contemplation, and a porch. Security Deposit INR 5000 per room & needs to be paid online before check-in. Meal charges (All Meals): Adults(12+ yrs) Veg/Non-Veg INR 1600 +GST, Kids(6-12 yrs) Veg/Non-Veg 1000 +GST. BBQ charges Veg/Non-Veg INR 650 +GST per person. Pet charges INR 1000 per pet, per day & needs to be paid at the property. A refundable deposit may also be applied. This property is located by the backwaters of Bahuli dam. Guests are advised to be careful with their belongings while out on the lawns. Pets are strictly not allowed on any furniture, beds, or in the swimming pool. Due to the heavy rains in the monsoon season, guests can expect a longer travel time to reach the property. Internet connectivity can get affected due to falling of trees, heavy rains or other causes. Outside food is not allowed in the villa. Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission. Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay. Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
