SaffronStays Apricus Farm is a 4-bedroom expansive estate with a private swimming pool in Karjat, less than 2 hours from Mumbai and Pune. This is a veg only villa. NON VEG MEALS ARE NOT ALLOWED. The premises of this private villa near Mumbai boast of a vast vegetable garden and ample mango, coconut, chickoo and guava trees. There is a dedicated outdoor yoga space. The fun is always in the outdoors, especially when there is a gazebo at this villa near Saltt cafe. Enjoy nights around a bonfire keeping warm and engaging in banter or singing under starlit skies. This estate is divided into 4 structures- Cottage 1 has the living and dining area, cottage 2 and 3 have 1 bedroom each and cottage 4 has 2 bedrooms. Cottage 1: The first cottage of this private estate has a living area with a TV and a dining area. This cottage has an attached verandah with a wooden swing from where you can enjoy mesmerizing views of the farms and mountains. Cottage 2 and 3: Further ahead there are 2 cottages each having 1 bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and overlooking the gardens. While one cottage overlooks the farm, pool and gazebo, the other cottage offers lush green views of the mountains alongside the pool and gazebo. Cottage 4:This is a double-bedroom cottage where one structure houses 2-bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. There is also a verandah and terrace in this cottage where you are surrounded by the mountain and valley greens. Security Deposit: INR 5000 per room. Meals are not available currently at the property. Guests can order food from nearby eateries like Satwik Restaurant and Shivaay Restaurant. The kitchen is currently not operational, but breakfast, tea, and coffee are available on request. Charges can be paid on site. Bonfire can be made available on prior request at a charge of Rs 500 per session. There is only 1 TV on the premises which is in cottage 1.

- Take a walk through the organic farm present on the premises where veggies like Haldi, radish, spinach, cauliflower, methi, okra and brinjal are grown. - Sondai Fort is only 7km away where adventure lovers can enjoy thrilling treks. The famous Saltt cafe is less than 2 km away. - Morbe Dam, Kalote Lake and Dhom Lake are a 20-minute drive from the premises.
