Our home is far from the maddening rush of the city as one gets to experience its beauty and tranquility. Wake up to witness a beautiful sunrise from the room. Located in the outskirts of the city of Udaipur in Village Sisarma, Burj Baneria overlooks Lake Pichola and borders the forest area. Our home is surrounded by hills and offers an amazing view of the lake and historical buildings of Udaipur. We are well equipped with all modern amenities for a comfortable stay. Please note that the access to rooms and dining area on the rooftop is by stairs only. At the homestay, we offer our guests an opportunity to sit back and relax, get a bird's eye view of the historic city of Udaipur, watch the lake mirror the colours of the sky, listen to the calls of the birds and who knows , you may be lucky to spot a leopard! Most importantly, to be able to breathe in some fresh air which is hard to find in the cities and yet be in close proximity to all the places one wants to visit in Udaipur. Each room offers a spectacular view of lake Pichola. There is a rooftop dining area for the guests to enjoy their meals while gazing at the old-world charm of Udaipur. The food is prepared with freshly sourced ingredients. There is no in-room dining and the kitchen remains closed between 3PM to 6 PM. Homestay reserves the right to deny reservations to local residents or people residing in udaipur and are unmarried. The access to rooms and dining area is by stairs only. Please note that all rooms are non-smoking. There are designate smoking areas such as the common balconies near staircase & terrace.

The homestay is located in a rural area ( Village Sisarma) and faces the historically significant City Palace and Lake Pichola of Udaipur . We are located on the rural side of Lake Pichola. The City Palace and old city is a short scenic drive for 10-15 minutes from the homestay where one can spend their day visiting the museum and shop or go to the quaint cafes. One can also go for cycling around the lake. Sit and read or paint on the terrace as it is very peaceful. The homestay gives a beautiful view like no other hotel or homestay, of the lake and City Palace.
