Beautiful big romantic Swiss suite, spaces: high ceilings, big porch, panoramic views over the Sea of Galilee, hills surrounding; the Golan Heights, Seria Jordan. [WE DON'T ALLOW CHECK-OUT AFTER 12.00 without special approval]. -Large studio, Wood floor, a private bar (Hotel style. You have to bring your own drinks), a lounge area, kitchen, shower and 2 toilets. Parking free. ( !!The place is a very big open space, which has 2 levels. There are no separate rooms). -EXTRAS FOR EXTRA FEE AND EXTRA CONFIRMATION, TO BE VERIFIED TOO: get private\ couple massages, workshops of Thai massage, Acro-yoga, and a guided hike from the owners, and also A rent of sauna and Jacuzzi rooms with their private wooden porch with Galilee lake view (A rent per 1 day, or more)\ To rent a whole floor cover by a puzzle-mat we put on the wood floor so you can use it for your need, as such as: yoga class, play and jump, train or dance. -Amazing space to get away with your family or friends- to whom likes open spaces for their own practice or creativity. -The Playground with the slides (at our picture) is outdoors: 4 minutes walk to the public village's area, at which you can also find: Basketball court and lots of grass fields (you can do barbeque there), a Football field, a walking trail & Fitness equipment Amphitheatre, beautiful views all along the trail. -We offer an amazing Messages service for a Spa charge of one payment of 50ILS WHICH DOES NOT INCLUDE PAYMENT TO THE THERAPHIST (Single or couple's message). Livnim is a small village (a moshav) with less than 200 families living there. It is a vacation destination for many, on weekends and holidays the population tends to double. It is a quiet scenic area with farmland all around and hiking trails nearby, with beautiful views and beaches just a short drive away. Because it is situated on a hill, there always is a nice breeze, which makes hot summer days a lot more pleasant. A tennis court, basketball field, outdoor gym and playground are a couple of minutes walk away, as well as a lovely trail around it with beautiful views of the hills and the Kineret (Sea of Galilee) below. Livnim has a one-way road up the hill leading there, enjoy the drive, since it is quite beautiful, Hukok is to the right of this road (a lovely kibbutz, worth visiting during your stay) and Livnim is to the left. Livnim has a gate at the entrance, you can call us and we will open it for you, from there it is a short drive to the house. You can even start walking from the Swiss Villa penthouse to the near trail of Nahal Amud.
