The award winning town of Westport is just down the road with lots of shops, various restaurants and play parks for adults and children at Westport House. Croagh Patrick's Holy Mountain at Murrisk and Archaeological trails surround us here . The Great Western Greenway with beautiful bike rides from Westport covering the coast through to Achill and back to the Natural Museum of Country Life in Castlebar is a must for all family memebers. There are 8 golf courses 3 of which are championship, several pitch and putt courses within viewing distance of Westbrook Country House. Breathtaking Horse riding mornings on the beach together with more high energy adventure you can try the Wild West Activities and Adventure West where you will enjoy Zorbing, Zipwire, Coasteering, Rock-climbing, Snorkelling and scuba diving. Footgolf clay pigeon shooting, paintball and road bowling are available also. We look forward to helping you explore our little part of this big world
