Property information

Teach Greannaí community centre, Cornboy (F26W7W9), located in the parish of Kilcommon at the heart of the North Mayo Gaeltacht. Teach Greannaí offers an exciting accommodation option in the form of an Accommodation Pod. This structure, constructed mostly from natural materials, offers a pleasant and comfortable environment for a night’s rest and refuge, while being close to nature and the elements. What you need to know? Our pod sleeps two comfortably. The POD has 2 single beds and there is an option to add a 3rd (Air bed available). The Pod has it own Ensuite. Towels are provided free of charge. Beds are fully dressed upon arrival. Fridge, Kettle, Toaster, Hair dryer are also in the Pod. Breakfast is available daily at the property at a reasonable cost. There is an on-site restaurant, which serves a variety of Irish dishes daily. Private parking is also available free of charge. For those travelling for work or needing a space to connect with their work whilst travelling; We have an IT Hub onsite with fast broadband. A desk can be rented directly from our premises for a minimal fee per day.

Neighbourhood information

The Barony of Erris is a real haven for walks , sea-sports and those with an interest in heritage and culture. We are surrounded by beautiful scenery. There are 2 beachs within a 4 mile radius. Also, within those 4 miles is the famous Carrowteige & Portacloy loop walks. A member of staff will be only too delighted to provide information regarding the activities in the surrounding areas. There is so much to see, you may need a return visit to take it all in!
