Rosslare Strand Rooms Only Accommodation is a welcoming place, a home from home, a quiet place to relax and rejuvenate with the fresh sea air and the beach itself is just a short walk away, 500metres to the east. We are situated right in the middle of the village with easy walking access to restaurants, shops, and golf courses.

My favourite thing to do here is go for a walk on the beautiful blue flag beach of Rosslare Strand, the scene changes daily as the weather fluctuates and there is a great variety of birds and flora to be seen every day. A seal likes to pop up every now and then also. When time permits I like to do some oil painting and enjoy exploring the local beauty spots.

There is a very active Tidy Towns Committee here in the village and it keeps getting better every year, watch out for all the changes since last year, We won best in category last year for this area. There is a new water sports facilities centre set up recently and is quite popular. There is a community centre where you can hire the tennis courts and use the athletic facilities and play badminton and basketball and lawn bowls as well. At the hotel next door there is live music and events on a regular basis and the broadcast of many sports events. Lots of places to eat out also, the 2 hotels, award-winning seafood restaurant, 2 pubs and fish and chip shops, deli, pizza place, 2 cafes, shop with atm, post-office and prepared food to go. Local honey for sale at the pub also. There is a beautiful new community garden to explore and a charity shop too. Everything is within walking distance. There is Rosslare championship golf course and a smaller 12 hole course here too. The church and the medical centre are just around the corner. There is a bird hide and amazing photographic opportunities for sunsets and sunrises down "the burrow".
