The property is approached via gateway entrance into a large parking area shared with the adjoining house. To the front of the house is a sunny patio garden with picnic table. All windows are double-glazed. The house is insulated, dry and warm. The front door opens into the main sitting room, with a wood burner. Fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven & hob with all necessary utensils and pans/pots provided. There is also a large dining table with six chairs. There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor and a family bathroom with underfloor heating, walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Upstairs is the master bedroom with king size bed and a further bathroom with underfloor heating, walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
Exceptional historic Wexford cottage, completely refurbished, superbly positioned on a quiet lane leading to the sea, with a real country feel but within walking, cycling and of course easy driving distance of Rosslare Strand amenities and blue flag beaches. Magnificent coastal walks are available immediately from the house, via the lane leading to the sea and the cliffs between Rosslare Strand and Rosslare Harbour.
