Contemporary architect's villa PANORAMA and exceptional view of NUSA PENIDA. The Panorama Villa has been on the market since December 2020. It is built on a 500 square meter land about 1 kilometer from the beach and has a superb view of Bali and Mount Agung and the surrounding jungle. The environment is very quiet and perfect for yoga lovers and meditation, you will be lulled by the singing of birds and the flight of butterflies and at the same time close to everything. It is on the edge of the national bird park and the Yayasan Burung. Count one hour door-to-door from Sanur port on Bali or 15 minutes from Toya pakeh port where the fast boats arrive. The villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with small interior garden, a large living room 130 square meters with toilet composed. A Sofa and a dining table with 8 seats. A bar area with stools. A large flat screen with smart tv, sound system, internet. A fully equipped kitchen with microwave and all modern amenities. Swimming pool of 10 meters by 4 with comfortable deckchairs.
