The infrastructure here is the ideal, for a small village it has almost everything you could need on holiday. The railway is close by, so we can get around not only by car, the local grocery store and grocery is within easy walking distance, and there are many recreational facilities nearby, such as Peter's Balaton (bistro and party venue), Nánási (breakfast, pizza and party venue), Csörcsill (restaurant), Sissi ice cream parlour, Hencz confectionery. The main local beach (Bercsényi) is also within walking distance, but several other beaches (Csittényhegy - Bezerédi, Alsóréti), Kenese, Almádi are also accessible by walk, e-scooter, train or bus, as well. I am a mother of two little girls, so I can give you tips for children. Culinary delights, concerts, excursions are part of our everyday life - I'm happy to help with local and area programme ideas. Previously I was selling real estate in Budapest, I loved the hustle and bustle of the capital, but for a few years now I have been enjoying the tranquility of the countryside, I enjoy the smells and sounds of nature in my everyday life. And the beautiful starry night, which I can see here, I have never had the opportunity to admire in person anywhere else. This is one of the most central locations in Balatonakarattya. The Bercsenyi beach or the panoramic walk on Kisfaludy setany are both c.10 min walk (800 meters). Within 3-5 minutes walk one can find three different groceries, five different restaurants and cafes, parks and churches. The Hencz pastry shop and cafe are in the same building with the accomodation. The railway station and bus stops are 1-2 minutes walk.
