The villa is equipped for max. 10 people, families, couples or group of friends, but not for young people, because it can't be hold party or can't listen loud musik. Pets are NOT allowed. Towels should take with you because there AREN'T in the accommodation. Please note that the owner sometimes lives on the ground floor of the property building in a separate apartment because he do all kind of yard works like swimmingpool cleaning, garden watering, etc.
