Just 5 minutes from Siófok - the capital of party and fun at lake Balaton, but still quiet environs for relaxing. We look forward to see you in a renovated mediterranean style Villa. Big shady balconies, shady parking for 2 cars next to the house, and fireplace for barbecue in the garden. The longest free beach in the area is only a 5 minutes walk from the house with a breathtaking panoramic view of Tihany - the old peninsula. Sunsets are really beautiful from here. Large terraces, old trees, birds singing sounds, real mediterranean vibe, if you love that! And the water of the lake is not salty! The house has been only partially renovated inside, as shown in the pictures, but we change something every year according to our guests recommendations and wishes. We really try to make this a nice place to stay for your holidays. Downstairs are the living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are located on the upper level and the rooms share a country-style bathroom with a bathtub, but there is another walk-in shower bathroom downstairs too. We recommend the house for 6 person, however there is an extra bed for the 7ht guest. Note that the bedrooms are small, but the comfy memoryfoam beds are perfect for sleeping - as our guests says. Really long free beaches:) Very nice restaurants nearby. Many activities. Watching the sunset at the beach or just relax on one of the shady balconies after a nice cool shower, excellent. Our neighbours are really quiet people so your pleasant stay is guaranteed. There are many activity options nearby, such great experiences like: circus, pedal boats and kite- sup-, windsurfing rental, paintball area, go-cart race, adventure park, a ferry crossings to Tihany - the old peninsula, many clubs in Siófok city, and the Plazs Beach. The famous Italian Mauro Pizzeria, a culinary experience not to be missed. It is possible to rent sailing boat nearby too if you look on the internet you will find options. Be sure to make the price in advance on the phone. Should be under 100 euro from Budapest. Train station is 15 minutes walk from the house, if you are adventurous. Check the timetable, train goes every hour or so. Trains are usually a little late in Hungary.
