The house has two different type apartments, which can be opened into one if required. Beaches, city center and transport stations can be reached within a short walk. Each apartment has its own garden and outdoor recreation opportunities, barbecue and closed parking. Open all year round, with floor heating and air conditioning in each room. We welcome our guests with a family- and child-friendly concept and private wellness elements. - bus stop, train station 3 minutes on foot - playground 1 street away, 2 minutes' walk - shop 2 minutes' walk away - Lake Balaton promenade, restaurants, sandy beach, playground and Ferris wheel about 5 minutes' walk away For children, we provide cots, small children bath, potty, toilet reducers and steps on request. Please indicate this in the reservation. In the garden, there is a sandbox, a slide, a small motorbike and a barbecue. Ibiza Apartment (Superior apartment): - 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 cm double bed, the other with two 90 cm single beds that can be merged - Bathroom with hydromassage tub - Sauna with relax area - 44 square meter living room with children's corner, sofa and sofa bed (extra bed) - kitchen - children's corner Full equipment: washing machine, safe, dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, towel dryer, hair dryer, toaster, WIFI, air conditioning and TV in each room Menorca (Two bedroom Apartment): - 2 rooms with a 160 cm double bed and a 90 cm extra bed - bathroom with massage shower - kitchen - children's corner Full equipment: washing machine, safe, dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, towel dryer, hair dryer, toaster, WIFI, air conditioning and TV in each room
