Discover this elegant, modern apartment with keypad entry in the quiet eastern part of the city, close to the Kanizsa Arena, the hub for concerts and events. Our accommodation is a fully independent 62 m² apartment in a residential building, opened in 2024, equipped with new and modern appliances and furniture. The apartment features 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, and a balcony. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a peaceful rest and relaxation. The private kitchen includes a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, and dishwasher. Our free services include Gigabit-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen modern smart TVs with Netflix and HBO Max subscriptions.
The Kanizsa Arena, the largest event hall in the area, is only a 3-4 minute walk from the apartment. A new playground, which can be useful for families with children, has also opened nearby. The Kanizsa Centrum shopping mall is also just a few minutes away from the accommodation, right next to the Kanizsa Arena. Other attractions include the Csónakázó Lake, which can be reached by car in a few minutes and also offers a pleasant walk. The Zalakaros Thermal and Wellness Bath, popular throughout Europe, is only 15 km from the accommodation.
