Located in quiet area in seaside place near Rogoznica, this private holiday villa offers the perfect relaxing haven for families and groups of friends of up to 8 people. The highlight of Villa Ramarin 1, along with the fantastic location is the brilliant outdoor terrace with large private heated infinity poool with sea view and children s pool. The elegant and airy interior and its timeless finishes create a pleasant ambience and offer superior comfort for all ages. Thanks to large sliding glass walls you can enjoj soothing sea views from every room. The ample kitchen with top of the line appliances is ready for your personal culinary show. If you are not into cooking, you can use our private chef service. On the ground floor, you will also find kitchen, living room, dinning area, toilet, loundry, wellnes with bathroom, souna and hot tub, outdoor infinity pool, outside shower, outdoor dining area and summer kitchen. On the first floor all four bedrooms feature haven-like king size beds, private bathrooms, sea views and terrace. En suite bathrooms have a shower with a cabin, and offer a variety of accessories such as hair dryers, towels, soaps, shampoo. Each bathroom is equipped with terrycloth robes and slippers. In the yard of the villa, there is a parking lot with three parking spaces.
