Modern, newly built villa NINA in Makarska, with its heated infinity pools and stunning and breathtaking sea views, overlooking Brač and Hvar islands and Makarska town, is ready for your peaceful and relaxing vacation. This detached villa has 2 separate units. (left and right part). Each unit can accommodate up to 8 persons. The main floor includes a large open-plan fully furnished and equipped kitchen and a spacious dining and living room. At this level there are two outdoor areas. The main outdoor area is the walkout terrace from the living/dining room, leading to a stunning infinity pool. The pool area is provided with lounge chairs and an outdoor shower. Accessible from the kitchen is an outdoor area with BBQ facilities and dinning area. The first floor features 3 bedrooms with 3 en suite bathrooms. Two rooms have terraces which overlook the stunning Adriatic below, whereas the third bedroom boasts beautiful views of the majestic Mount Biokovo. Internal staircase leads to the top floor, where there is an open roof terrace with free sea views, an outdoor kitchenette, bathroom and another room ( 4th bedroom) with pull out sofa. In addition there is Konoba in Superior part.
As hosts of Villa NINA We ( Ana and Branko) prefer to give you as much privacy as possible. We want you to think of the villa as your home for a week. Pool cleaning and sheet changes and other similar technicalities can be discussed upon your arrival as not to interfere with your schedule in the least. We also offer the option of renting a chef for the week, booking excursions or assisting you in anything that could possibly add to your pleasant stay at Villa NINA Makarska.
Makarska is one of the most famous tourist destinations on the Croatian coast, attractive for its nature and good climate, rich in tourist attractions and full of hospitable hosts. To this day, Makarska is known for its beach, which is almost 2 kilometres long. The walkways are lined with pine trees and surrounded by hotels, tourist facilities, and gastronomically havens, and there is plenty of fun for both adults and children. Makarska is located below the mountain of Biokovo (1762 m), which protects it from the harsh continental climate. You could enjoyed in Mediterranean climate, mild winters, long warm summers cooled by a refreshing breeze called mistral. Makarska has more than 2750 hours of sun each year, from June to October.
