Villa NiMa, a newly renovated property located in the old part of Brela, offers its guests the perfect peaceful vacation far away from crowd and noise. In Villa NiMa are: Two floor apartman, 90m2 (4+2) On the first floor (50m2) is a kitchen, a dining room , a living room, a bathroom, and a pantry with a washing machine. Following the interior stairs to the attic there are 2 bedrooms (double bed) with bathrooms. The modern kitchen is fitted with a stove, a hood, a fridge, a freezer, and a dishwasher. The kitchen is completely equipped with dishes and cooking utensils and cutlery. The living room has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a sofa which can be converted to a comfortable bed(160x200). The accommodation is completely air-conditioned with 3 units. Each bedroom has a separate air-condition unit and one is in the living room. Offering an exit to a beautiful, spacious (56m2) terrace which is partly situated to the south and the sea and partly to the mountain Biokovo.
Room (2+0) (31m2) on ground floor of the property The accommodation has a double bed,a wardrobe, a living room with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels a sofa, and a spacious bathroom. The unit provides air conditioning and free internet. In front of the unit there is a table with chairs where you can enjoy the beautiful sea view.
The garden(400m2) surrounded by olive trrees also has a swimming pool (3m x7m) with a terrace and sun loungers and a kitchen where our guest can relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the magnificent mountain Biokovo. The property offers two free parking places and also an additional parking place 60m from the beach. The nearest beach can be reached in 500m, Brela centre in 2km, and Punta Rata Beach in 1,2km.
