Welcome to Villa Edis! Look forward to plenty of space and your personal pool in a peaceful location. The modern and very well equipped Villa will fulfill all your wishes. Pack your friends or family and experience unforgettable vacations here. The space available is extensive. On the ground floor you can relax in the large comfortable living room for everyone to spend quality time with each other, that leads you to balcony door where you can enjoy outdoor big pool with salt water, that can be heated in winter time (under the guest's request of at least 10 days before arrival or before). Alongside with a spacious yard for children to play, and living room, your delicious meals will be prepared in a modern and fully equipped kitchen could be enjoyed on dinning table in house or outdoor relaxing gazebo. The ground floor also includes one bedroom with a comfortable double bed and air conditioner. Nearby there is a main bathroom, making it easily accessible for guests. The first floor will welcome you with 3 cozy and comfortable bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms on the first floor are with it's own bathroom and with air conditioner. One room have balcony door where lead to a balcony with amazing view to the front of the house. And other two rooms have shared balcony with stunning view to the yard and pool.

Villa Edis is located between the largest city on the Istrian peninsula, with many historical and roman buildings that are all across the Pula. And Picturesque Fažana with its beautiful small restaurants and stunning beaches. Villa have private parking for 3 cars and is perfectly located if you want to relax. Yet only a few minutes drive from everything that Istria has to offer.
