The villa is for up to 10 persons, has a total useful floor space of 181 m2 distributed in 2 floors (ground floor and first floor), a sea view, a covered terrace with a table and chairs, a private pool (heated in pre-season and post-season), an outdoor shower, loungers, and an outdoor barbecue. The house has its private parking places. The house interior is a mixture of modern and classic, clean and extremely bright. It includes free Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV and satellite channels in the living room, a dining room, air conditioning in each room, a safe, and the washing machine. The kitchen is new and fully equipped (oven, microwave oven, 4 cooking plates, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, fridge and freezer). The house has two comfortable bedrooms with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (WC, bathtub/shower).

Emerging among unique natural riches, the holiday house is situated in the village of Drenje, 13 km from the city of Labin, in Istria. This is a wonderful residential area where you can find your inner peace; it’s quiet, sunny, with unspoiled natural surroundings and crystal clear sea, far away from the everyday rush. The beaches are situated from 800m to 1,5 km from the house, the closest market is 4 km away, the restaurant 2km and the cycling and walking paths are even closer, only 100m away.
