Villa Bubica is a comfortably equipped, modern holiday house in the rural part of Dalmatia, in Ravni Kotari, in Stankovci. Ideal choice for families with several children of different ages because it offers a spacious living space of 50 m ^ 2, 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed 160x200 cm and flat TV, the other bedroom for young people with a large bed 140 x 200 cm, work table and game console with accompanying PS4 games, and a third bedroom with a bed 120 x 190 cm. The bathroom has a double sink, shower, bath and bidet, and an additional toilet with sink and urinal. The house is located by the road, has an unheated outdoor pool measuring 6.5 x 3 m, depth 120 cm (mandatory supervision of younger children), large dining terrace with barbecue and pool view, children's playground, bicycles for rent, and a garden of approx. 900 m ^ 2 with an olive grove and a garden where organic vegetables are grown, available to guests. The whole house is covered by free Wi-Fi signal and has its own private parking for 2 cars which is also free. An ordinary house for an unordinary holiday!
We are Bubica family and we will be happy to host you in our old and your new home! We built the house a few years ago as our family home, but since our grandparents have a house next to ours, we have decided to move in with them and offer our house to guests who want to come to our area, take a break from the city crowds, get in touch with the nature, domestic animals, domestic food and take with them an unforgettable experience! Since the house is located in a rural environment, in the morning you will be awakened by the crowing of roosters, you will hear the barking of dogs, sheep that went to pasture or hardworking people who went to cultivate their fields to produce healthy food for themselves and our guests. Our family consists of 4 members. Mom Ana has been working in tourism for 20 years and is therefore an experienced host who will provide you with all the necessary information. Dad Andrej loves to play the guitar and has his own music studio. Son Šime is a typical teenager who enjoys in playing games and daughter Graciela is a passionate fan and football player in which she achieves great results. We hope you enjoy your stay in our home and enjoy your time with us!
Stankovci village has about 2000 inhabitants, it is developing more and more as a tourist destination due to its ideal position near the A1 highway (Pirovac exit) and the proximity of Split and Zadar airports, and the position in the hinterland that provides privacy and vicinity of the city centers of Vodice, Zadar, Biograd na Moru and Šibenik, at the same time. This is an area of rich fertile land known as Ravni Kotari, especially famous for its wine production, almost every house in this area has its own vineyard. The development of tourism is also favored by numerous remains that testify to the rich past of this area, where the first Croatian saint Sv. Nikola Tavelić (from Velim): - The remains of the castle (tower) and the church of St. Catherine in Budak - Old Croatian Church of St. Peter in Morpolača - Medieval Church of St. Ivan with a bell tower and a tower in Banjevci - Church of the Nativity of Mary in Podrebača - Chapel of St. Nikola Tavelić in Velim - Church of St. Antun Padovanski in Velim - The parish church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary (1885 neo-Romanesque style) in the center of Stankovci is known as the "beauty" of Ravni kotari
