This is our family home, which has two units. Unit 1: It offers a total of over 200 square meters of living space, including a spacious living and dining area, four bedrooms spread over two floors with two bathrooms and three toilets - accommodating up to 9 people. Unit 2: Is a lovely small apartment for up to three people located in the lower part of the house. Perfect for larger groups who still want some space to themselves. Additionally, two large garage parking spaces are included in the offer. They provide secure parking and keep your car cool and dry in the summer. An ideal accommodation for a vacation with up to 12 friends or, like us, with the whole family.
We are renting out our house because we believe it's a shame to leave such a beautiful home vacant for (almost) the entire year. Additionally, our father, being an early retiree due to health reasons, could use a little extra income. The small project we, as a family, have embarked on - renting out our house - is also a lot of fun for us. We speak German, English, and Croatian.
