Old 19th century stone house, recently renovated with care. Plenty of old details preserved, especially in basement level and second floor. A holiday home located in an idyllic area just above the central village of Tučepi. Beautiful surroundings lined with olive groves and coniferous forest. Old ruins near the accommodation, adorable sea views. Located about 650 meters from the beach and marina in Tučepi. Paved road leading to the property. Proximity to the national park where the strike passes just near the house. Lots of outdoor activities such as zip line, water sports, paragliding and why not climbing! If, despite the wide range of activities within walking distance, you choose quiet and creative living then Villa Anna Postup is the right place for you. A relaxing environment with adorable views in every direction but perhaps especially the one facing the sea. Life is good.
We are a true couple who made our dream come true: to restore the old stone house from the late 19th century and get it the way we want it. It took us two years, a lot of hard and solid work and countless hours of conversation and planning. You can see the result on this website. We are a couple living in Sweden for many years; Anna has her roots in Poland and works as a special nurse at the city’s hospital. Davor, whose family on the father’s side built and owned the property for three generations, was born and raised in Bosnia and, after moving to Sweden in the late 1980s, worked as his own entrepreneur and now as a certified family therapist. From the ground up, renovating an old building is easy, but keeping the old details in the modern environment is difficult. We are still looking for the perfect balance, convenience vs old details. We enjoy every moment we visit Tucepi and our beautiful house. Our wish is that you as a guest should also do it, find the true feeling of enjoyment and relaxation in an excellent environment. Opportunity to enjoy in a relaxing environment surrounded by olive groves and old stone houses. Take part in the atmosphere as it was in a distant time. At a comfortable distance from the village’s vibrant life, yet only a short walk away. Nature park and hiking areas right behind the corner. Enjoyment at its best. It is said that no sunset is like the other. You never cease to be amazed at the beautiful color game that recurs daily. Surely there is something special about them? Isn’t it? All these sunsets, the same sun that goes down, time and time again. Here you live next door to the most beautiful kind of sunsets. The kind that reflects in the sea anyway from its horizon. Pure enjoyment. The beach in Tucepi is about 4 km long and is by far the longest on the entire Makarska Riviera. You will surely find a place for you too. If for any reason you are tired of its beauty, you can always seek the nearby range of restaurants, shops and other attractions. Or why not take a walk back to the property, sit on the terrace and enjoy all the glory, feel like holding the whole environment in your own hand.
