Our studio is simply decorated, but offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The studio has 30 square meters and is ideal for short and long stays of two people. The apartment is located in a residential building on the 3rd floor (no elevator). The studio consists of an entrance hall, a large room with kitchen, dining table and double bed, and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and supplies. You have everything you need: bed linen and blankets, towels, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer. Free parking is available in front and behind of the building. The apartment is 250m away from the sea and is located in the part of town with the most beautiful beaches. Nearby are many shops, restaurants, cafes and opportunities for sports activities (running, swimming, beach volleyball, tennis, wakepark). Bus stop is 50m from the building and is connected to the city centre and main bus station. You can reach all the beaches, as well as the city centre by walking. 350m from the apartment is shopping centre Max Stoja with more than 60 stores, and various restaurants and caffes.

The neighbourhood our studio is located is called Stoja. Stoja is a very popular neighbourhood with the locals because of it closeness to the sea. A very short walk from our studio will take you to Lungo mare - favorite promenade of the inhabitants of Pula. On your way you will find a lot of beaches, as for example Valkane beach, Gortanova uvala, Zelenika, Valovine beach (Galebove stijene). you will enjoy the proximity of a football field, tennis court, beach volleyball court, wakepark, kayak rental opportunities and organized cave tours. Our neighbourhood also has its cultural heritage and cultural monuments like the Naval cemetery. The former Austro-Hungarian cemetery (K.u.k Marinefriedhof) was opened in 1862., and renovated in 1990 with the help of the Austrian Red Cross and German national association for the care of war graves. It is one of the largest military cemeteries in Europe. The cemetery is on the list of monuments under the protection of the Hague Convention.
