Private house with security and protected by walls; 50 meters from near beach and other beaches and hotels. Beachfront villa offers features accommodation with free Wifi, air conditioning, a garden and a terrace (150m2). Offers direct 1 minute access to beach, enclosed garden completely, great for pet lovers. The beach is just across the street and nearest restaurants and markets are just 50-100 meters away . Bus station is 100 m away. Address of the house is Setaliste Kralja Zvonimira 30.

Lapad is a greenery lush area, pleasant and peaceful choice for relaxing summer holiday in Dubrovnik, and even an option for a great active holiday if you like scuba diving, jet skiing, paragliding, sailing and fishing. A house is really close to the beach (just across the street) and nearest bar is just 50 meters away . House, with large enclosed (great for pets) private garden, and is next to Promenade cafe and beach (0,1 km to the beach). This stone house offers you traditionally moderate interier, fully equipped house that has its own, separate entrance and therefore complete privacy during your stay that is granted. You can expect a living and dining area with an open, equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and beautiful garden surrounded with super tall pine trees and some orange trees. If you like visiting museums and historical places purchase Dubrovnik Pass. It's totally worth it. Our favorite restaurants in vicinity are fish bar Pulpo, restaurant Pantarul ( needs reservations) and Shizuku japanese restaurant. For transportation around the town it's easiest to use Uber taxi or inexpensive AC bus.
