This is our family home, which has over 200 square meters of living space and a large garage space. It features a spacious living-dining area, four bedrooms spread over two floors with two bathrooms and three toilets. Ideal for a vacation with friends or, like us, with family. The house includes: A garage parking space Sufficient outdoor parking 4 large bedrooms with built-in closets, double beds, air conditioning, and a SmartTV Air conditioning in the living-dining area Fiber optic internet with Wi-Fi throughout the building Terrace with a grill Fully functional kitchen with a coffee machine, microwave, blender, and more Washing machine 2 small balconies and 1 large balcony Approximately 800 meters from the sea (about a 15-minute walk) 6 km to the city (old town, Riva, Bazar, Bacvice party beach, etc.) Bus stop about a 4-minute walk away 4 km to the MALL of Split or CityCenterOne - Two huge shopping centers that have everything from clothing and furniture to pet food. PS: Please check your spam folder when making a booking! :)
We are renting out our house because we believe it's a shame to leave such a beautiful house vacant for (almost) the entire year. Additionally, our father, as an early retiree (due to health reasons), could use a little extra income. The small project we, as a family, have started - renting out our house - is also a lot of fun for us. We would look forward to your visit!
