Villa Slatina is Mediterranean old stone villa that dates back hundreds of years.Our ancestors build this house to be shelter from sun and rain while they were farming land.House is divided into 3 parts and each has its own entrance.Main house with living room,dining area and kitchen has one bedroom and bathroom and can accommodate 4 people.On the top floor with separate entrace is one room with bathroom and from window you can see beautiful blue sea and souranding islands.Next to main house is another house that holdes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.Front side of the house is the glass and from your bed you can see beautiful sea and amazing sunset.Can you imagine waking up to that..When we were decorating house we wanted to represent earth and past and our ancestors ..everything is in sand color with copper,there are peaces od history integrated in the house and we do hope you will feel wellcome and our place will become your home away from home.
Hello dear guests. My name is Vanja and I wish you Wellcome to your home away from home. Thank you for booking our villa and here are few tips to help you on your way to us. My phone number is available to you 24 hours and you can reach me for anything you need or if you have any special requests. In a case that you are celebrating something and the house needs to be decorated just let me know few days before. Also if you need any groceries to be at the house upon your arrival just send me list. On the day of your arrival I will call you and wait for you at the house. I will give you all the information and recommendation for the beaches and bars. We will make arrangements for the cleaning schedule. Villa is a 5 star property and we clean it everyday. In the early morning we will clean the pool and area around but if you will be at the pool we will not enter. The main house is usually cleaned at 2 pm but this can change if you prefer any other time. We hope you will enjoy our house ... see you soon dear guest.
Our house is located on 5500 square meters and we have small garden with vegetables that you can pick from, house is surrounded with apple, pear,plums,olive trees.We also have variety od cactuses,flowers and other trees and herbs.House is surrounded with fence and automatic doors with code.There are 2 cameras for your safety and at any time you can see who is approaching property.We have one of the biggest pools in the area and it has sun deck in the water as well as outside.Pool is heated so it is suitable for swimming outside summer season.Pool has jacuzzi build inside.There is also big barbecue and outdoor sitting area where you can enjoy your nights.House is located 1 km from the beach and you can reach Zrce beach on foot in 10 minutes.The are 3 ways to come to the house and all of them are roads with small sand.Centar of Novalja is 5 min with the car and the nearst grocery store is few minutes away.
